The Virginia Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (VACRAO)
needed a membership management solution. At the time they were keeping track of
their membership information using a combination of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
and a Microsoft Access database. Not only was this problematic but the Membership
Chair had just resigned and the new Chair didn't know how to use the system. No
documentation or instructions were provided.
VACRAO began searching for a membership solution and found Lucky Prime. When we
first looked at their data and it's structure we knew they were in trouble. Their
membership directory contained incorrect and duplicate data which lead to billing
errors and general confusion. The new Chair spent hours upon hours trying to clean
up the data and wrestle with the confusing interface. After our data cleansing and
migration, paired with our MemberLP solution, the Membership Chair performed their
duties in a fraction of the time.
