Overview
TutorLP is a web-based scheduling and management tool for tutoring centers. This
solution will replace many paper processes such as scheduling, compiling statistics,
and tracking attendance. All of these functions can be completed in TutorLP in a fraction of the time.
Like our other solutions, TutorLP is hosted on our servers so we
are responsible for all installations, configurations, and upgrades. This allows our customers
to concentrate on business processes rather than technology issues.
Schedule Tutoring
Schedule One-on-One, Group, or Distance tutoring sessions and have your students
sign-up through the web. You'll no longer need to answer phone calls/emails or continue
to waste paper. The entire scheduling process can be completed online!
User Accounts
Each Student, Tutor and Administrator can log into TutorLP through a web browser
(i.e. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox). Students and Tutors can login to view
their upcoming schedule, past tutoring sessions and more. Administrators can manage
the entire system through the TutorLP interface.
Record Attendance & Notes
Tutors can record attendance and notes about the tutoring session. Use this data
to track performance and improve your services!
Online Documents
Attach documents, such as Word documents or spreadsheets, to the session.
Allow tutees to review the material ahead of time!
Configuration
Configure the system based on your institution's preferences. Settings include displaying
contact information for tutors and/or students, when to release the tutoring schedule,
account creation, and more!
Dynamic Reports
Quickly and easily run dynamic reports with real-time data. Reports can be downloaded
into Microsoft Excel or PDF format. Don't see a report that you need? Contact us
